At fan4five (“we”, “us”) we treat your personal data with transparency and security. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

fan4five is an interactive AI entertainment platform. For any privacy question, contact privacy@fan4five.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, username, hashed password (never stored in plain text), profile image if you sign in with Google.
  • Verification data: confirmation that you are 18 or older and the timestamp of your acceptance of the Terms.
  • Conversations: messages you exchange with AI companions, so the conversation can continue and you can review your history.
  • Purchase data: credit pack purchases, amounts, order references and status. Card details are handled entirely by the payment processor; we never see or store them.
  • Usage data: basic technical information and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How we use your data

  • Create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
  • Generate AI companion responses and deliver the service.
  • Process credit purchases and maintain your balance.
  • Send operational emails: verification, password reset, purchase confirmations.
  • Moderation, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention and legal compliance.

4. Legal bases

  • Contract: processing needed to provide the service you request.
  • Consent: acceptance of this policy and non-essential cookies where applicable.
  • Legal obligation: records we must keep by law.
  • Legitimate interest: security, moderation and fraud prevention.

5. Sharing with processors

We use trusted providers that may process your data on our behalf:

  • DeepInfra — AI model inference (your message content is sent to generate replies).
  • PayPal — payment processing.
  • Cloudinary — image storage and delivery.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel / Neon — hosting and database.
  • Google — optional sign-in with Google.

These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active or as required by law. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal or fiscal reasons.

  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: hashed passwords (bcrypt), HTTPS, access controls and separation of payment data. No method is infallible, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access.

10. Minors

fan4five is strictly for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we will delete the account and its data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will notify you by email about material changes and encourage you to review this page periodically.
