Terms of Service

1. Eligibility — 18+ only

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or register. By registering you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are a minor, you are prohibited from using the platform. We reserve the right to request age verification or to suspend accounts reasonably suspected of belonging to a minor.

2. The service

fan4five provides virtual companions powered by artificial intelligence. All interactions are generated by a computer program. Companions are fictional characters; they are not real people and do not represent real persons.

Each new account receives 5 free messages per companion. Additional messages and the unlocking of private photos require virtual credits.

3. Virtual credits

• Credits are purchased in packs through our payment processor (currently PayPal).
• Credits are a virtual, non-transferable, non-cash-value balance. They are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
• Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the payment was processed in error.
• We may adjust credit pricing and per-message or per-photo costs prospectively.

4. AI-generated content

Companion responses and photos are generated or curated with artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your expectations. You are interacting with a machine, not a human. You should not rely on any output for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to sexualize, depict, or involve minors in any way.
• Uploading or generating content that depicts a real person without consent, including deepfakes or likeness-based content.
• Violence, torture, bestiality, incest, hate speech, harassment, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to bypass the credit system, abuse trial messages, or manipulate the service through automation (bots, scraping).
• Reverse engineering, redistributing, or reselling access to the service.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

6. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details. By purchasing, you also agree to the payment processor terms.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, characters, media, and AI-generated outputs are owned by or licensed to fan4five. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

9. Content removal

If you believe any content infringes your rights or depicts you without consent, follow our content removal process.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, fan4five is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
